We will liase with the local authority, advise you on the documents, deal with your mortgage company and ultimately complete your purchase and register you as the owner.

With many properties now being bought and sold at auction, we are able to provide a full Auction Legal Pack. Additionally, we will advise on what extra items could be included to assist the Buyer and reduce post-exchange enquiries.
